Oso Blanco Corp. has been the leading painting-tool manufacturer in Taiwan for over 20 years.   It was founded in 1983, started as a small family business, manufacturing paintbrushes, paintpads and paintrollers for well-known American companies such as Shur Line, Ruberrmaid and more.
